A brief introduction to the role:
The Territory Account Associate is accountable for working with the Territory Account Manager to ensure maximum market penetration of our products. This role will be responsible for servicing key target accounts along with identifying, selling, and closing new accounts in conjunction with the Territory Account Manager. You will have an individual quota to achieve each quarter.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Territory Account Manager in selling and servicing key accounts.
- Preplanning and adapting the sales presentation to individuals involved to achieve/exceed sales goals for all products.
- Identify key targets and make sales calls to accounts.
- Maximizing sales pull-through opportunities and consistently supporting the territory and book of business (Total Office Call) with a goal to standardize Leva as 1st Line Care for all appropriate patients.
- Supporting the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
- Coordinating the in-office prescribing and managing the in-office training of Axena Health’s products with key personnel.
- Working in a cross-functional manner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to develop professional and patient marketing content, and share insights for our products, the competition, and customer feedback.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of local managed care markets, and reimbursement and being able to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Supporting the Territory Account Manager’s business plan around the territory and corporate goals that result in the achievement of sales targets.
- Influencing and persuading HCPs and staff to drive change/process to make our therapeutic products a standard of care in the first-line management of UI.
- Operating strictly within all legal and regulatory guidelines and compliance policies, as set forth by Axena Health.
Qualifications needed:
- Hunter Mentality
- Minimum of 1 year of exceptional specialty technical sales experience, with proven results consistently in the top 10%.
- Molecular diagnostic (lab) sales, Medical device sales, and pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Comfort with call points of Urogynecology, OB/GYN, and pelvic floor physical therapists.
- Thrives in a start-up, entrepreneurial, ever-changing setting.
- A work ethic based on dedication to the company and its mission.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Some overnight and weekend travel is required.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- COVID-19 vaccine may be required based on hospital and medical practices' policies.
