Our client is a global medical technology leader with a powerhouse portfolio in surgical endoscopy. Known for innovation, clinical credibility, and consistent investment in minimally invasive solutions, this company is recognized as the market standard across scopes, surgical energy, and endoscopic devices.

We’re searching for a high-performing Territory Manager to lead sales across a large, high-impact geography: Idaho, Eastern Washington, and Montana. This is a unique opening within the company’s surgical endoscopy division — a unit that continues to grow and expand market share while other segments of the industry face headwinds.

This is not a “maintenance” territory. It’s a builder’s role — full ownership of the sales cycle, from physician engagement and clinical support to contract negotiation and account growth.

 

What You’ll Tackle

  • Drive revenue growth across hospitals, ASCs, and specialty practices with a surgical endoscopy portfolio (capital equipment + disposables).
  • Partner with surgeons, nurses, and administrators as the go-to resource for clinical and product expertise.
  • Deliver in-procedure support, in-services, and training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Own your business: develop territory strategy, manage pipeline, forecast, and close.
  • Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers at every level — physicians to supply chain.
  • Cover a large but rewarding region, requiring strong planning and frequent overnight travel.

 

What it Takes to Win

  • A proven medical device sales performer with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experienced in selling within surgical or endoscopy environments — capital + disposables preferred.
  • Strong clinical credibility: comfortable scrubbed into ORs or GI suites.
  • Skilled at both hunter growth and strategic account management.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to manage a wide territory with autonomy.
