What You'll Tackle:
Own your territory and exceed revenue targets through strategic new business acquisition
Identify key accounts and decision-makers—then drive pilot programs, implementations, and long-term standardization
Conduct high-impact clinical and economic value conversations with stakeholders from the ED to the C-suite
Partner with channel reps and internal account teams to ensure successful onboarding and continued growth
Drive pipeline development and territory forecasting with urgency and accuracy
Build strong clinical and business champions to support sustained product adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on market strategy and ensure customer success
Manage your territory like a business—including budgeting, reporting, and CRM management
What’s Needed to Win:
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
5+ years of top-performing sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, or hospital-based solutions
Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving complex deals through multi-stakeholder environments
Strong communication skills with clinical and executive audiences alike
Experience calling on departments like Emergency, Laboratory, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Value Analysis
High sense of urgency, self-discipline, and drive to win
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory (up to 75%)
