What You’ll Own & Achieve:

• Manage & grow your territory – Identify key targets, make strategic sales calls, and consistently exceed quotas.
• Sell & service key accounts – Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive product adoption and referrals.
• Influence decision-makers – Work directly with C-suite executives and healthcare professionals to implement product protocols.
• Lead product training & education – Conduct in-office prescribing, patient education, and product demos.
• Stay ahead of market trends – Utilize sales data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to refine strategies.
• Develop & execute a business plan – Align with corporate goals to ensure maximum sales pull-through and revenue growth.

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4+ years of medical or urology sales experience with proven success
• Hunter mindset – You thrive on finding new business and driving results
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills with a consultative selling approach
• Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel (25-50%)
