What You’ll Tackle:

  • Support development and execution of regular customer-facing activities such as educational programs, promotional materials, campaigns, advertisements, and media
  • Manage key internal processes to drive commercial results in areas such as complaint process, tradeshow lead management, customer database management, tradeshow & sponsorship registrations and more
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls and calendar of events; including venues, transportation, food, materials preparation and meeting notes transcription
  • Act as key liaison for 250+ education events. Interface with sales reps, distribution partners and customers to executive a seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate and organize education assets; including CEU approvals, clinician certificates, event flyers, resource calendar, speaker logistics, and more
  • Generate and format business reports within Excel and prepare PowerPoint slides in support of the analyst
  • Compile materials for leadership meetings, monthly reports, and Board Deck slides
  • Compile credit card receipts and complete monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Generate PO documentation for approval across multiple departments
  • Provide general customer service support when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What’s Needed to Win:

  • Bachelor degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the company
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Skills to manage multiple projects with deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Advanced verbal and written (grammar, spelling, format) communication skills level
Ability to travel up to 10% of time
