What you’ll tackle in this role:

  • Proven experience in creating a strategic work plan and executing programs to achieve specific goals
  • Must have excellent computer skills with an emphasis on creating effective presentations; able to work in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, prioritize assignments and multi-task
  • Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
  • Able to stay organized, operate independently with high quality and high detail orientation
  • Demonstrated leadership in leading and working on cross-functional teams
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, strategic, and highly accountable
  • Must have excellent communication – written and oral, and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time

     

    Skills and experiences that we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, but an MBA is strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in MedTech/Healthcare Marketing
  • Previous work experience in a similar role in MedTech is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the respiratory therapeutic area and the acute care hospital setting
  • Healthcare sales experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience within a global manufacturing organization, including exposure to R&D/Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations/Manufacturing.
  • Experience in working with a range of internal stakeholders locally and globally; including sales, marketing, operations, analytics, and more

     

    Workplace Situation:

  • Hybrid WFH with in-office 3 days/week in downtown Chicago
