The VP Human Resources plans and directs all aspects of human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Your responsibilities will cover all functions including employment, placement, orientation and training, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and employee services. Overall, your role will identify new opportunities to improve in the work environment and ensure the company is up to top standards.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage a team of HR leaders
- Ensure all initiatives align with goals and strategic plans.
- Responsible for developing and executing HR strategy through employee experience, training, and technology.
- Create strategy and implement into actionable plans in order to achieve goals for employee experience and employee and company growth.
- Implement diversity, equity and Inclusion into all people processes
- Establish robust learning and development programs for team members and managers across multiple teams
- Serve as a collaborative partner to internal business partners to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout Human Resources, and leverage established routines to inspect operational excellence.
- Represent the organization in meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Provide continuous feedback, coaching, counseling an,d mentorship opportunities for teammates, leaders and peers.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to help set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills
- Robust business acumen with an understanding of fundamental business principles.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in People Operations
- 3+ years’ experience leading a team at a high growth company required
- 5+ years of senior management
- Recent experience in banking or credit union
- Preferred experience with UKG HCM
