Scope of role

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager will partner with the business and human resources leadership teams to implement and create plans to promote diversity and inclusion in the organization. The candidate for this role will be excited about working with others to develop and execute the best practices to promote an inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use of programs that identify and develop diversity and inclusion in the organization
  • Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure all practices are inclusive (hiring, development, promotion, recruitment practices, job descriptions, promotion, and evaluation practices)
  • Develop both internal and external training and awareness building
  • Share diversity-related content to engage participants through the DE&I Sharepoint Site
  • Create an annual calendar of communications that includes celebrations for DE&I related matters such as events and milestones.
  • Responsible for diversity analytics tracking
  • Leverage data by engaging in surveys organizational culture audits to expand leadership existing training programs

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences
  • 3-5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, talent management, corporate social responsibility
  • Experience creating and managing project plans to promote diversity and inclusion
