Buckingham search is working with a top carrier of telecommunications to find a Consumer Insights Manager II to join their Marketing team. As a Consumer Insights Manager II, you will be an expert at developing strategies and tactical insights for customer search relationship management through analytical approaches. This will include both digital and social media insights. The Consumer Insights Manager will develop research projects and share these results with executives and internal business partners. This position will require a strong command of research expertise, collaboration, critical thinking, and project management skills.

  • Manage and oversee the work of vendor(s) for insights gathering, including questionnaire development and data collection
  • Deliver insights on key strategic business areas of focus.
  • Create comprehensive analyses, vendor insights as well as internal analytics and market intelligence
  • Leverage a strong command of research expertise and business knowledge to create actionable insights and recommendations.
  • to develop insights frameworks that are tailored to business needs

Qualifications - External

  • 6+ years work experience in Consumer Insights project development and management.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative Consumer Insights
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to lead custom research projects
  • Proven ability to translate research results into business implications
  • A strong research insight, strong presentation capabilities, well-developed critical thinking skills, and strong project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
