The Assistant Vice President of People Analytics will be a direct impact on shaping the company’s people strategy and experience. You will serve as a key member of the People & Culture Business Partner team, using data visualization tools to drive workforce planning. In this role, you will be responsible for will creating an analysis that will aim to maximize awareness, insights, and solutions, resulting in improving the work culture and its employees

How You Add Value

  • Own vision and execution of our people data analysis that will inform our team and culture decision making
  • Identify and implement solutions necessary to build out foundational analytics tools
  • Use of Tableau dashboards to employ design and visualization best practices, design predictive and prescriptive models
  • Use of MS PowerPoint presentations to create presentations on high-impact people data visualizations including findings on recruiting, retention, attrition, performance, compensation, talent development and engagement
  • Complete deep analysis of compensation review and engagement survey data
  • Identify links between human capital and business performance/goals
  • Create standard reports, analysis, and results for recurring customer needs
  • Work with senior leadership to complete special projects as needed
  • Manage and support input and submissions of external diversity surveys
  • Evaluating talent diversity and providing solutions to enhance pipelines and candidate pools
  • Work with teams such as Learning & Development Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, People & Culture teams (Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to provide subject matter expertise on continuous process improvement related to reporting, data analysis and visualizations
    • Partner with Operations People Technology stakeholder to understand our People & Culture systems and extract data and insights for our overall department
    • What You Bring To The Role

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • At least 7 years of HR experience in Human Resources
      • Experience with using data to uncover insights to create change and communicating analyses to team.
      • Ability to integrate data sourced and integrate into actionable direction to create change and develop the work culture
      • Experience with MS PPT to create presentations to share data, insights, and recommendations
      • Experience with business intelligence visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Excel
      • Experience building data analysis tools and dashboards
      • Preferred:

        • Experience in human capital consulting, organizational psychology, program management, workforce analytics with exposure and understanding of reporting
        • Experience leading quantitative research
