We are seeking an Account Executive to play a pivotal role in surpassing monthly sales objectives by actively supporting your team in acquiring accounts across diverse geographic regions. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to assume ownership of specific geographic territories. Your primary focus will be to promote and sell an array of products, services, and solutions to secure new business. This involves employing prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead and referral generation. By understanding customer needs, you will adeptly employ solution-oriented sales techniques to underscore the value of our offerings. Your recommendations will be tailored to each customer, allowing for effective negotiation and successful deal closure.


  • Under the guidance of the sales manager, initiate leads and referrals through techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify and address customer needs, using solution-driven sales approaches to showcase the full value of our products and services. Advise on wireless solutions including pricing plans, data options, enhanced services, as well as handset and accessory choices.
  • Execute negotiations and finalize deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Engage in training sessions covering products, services, and attend sales meetings.
  • Develop innovative and impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
  • Effectively utilize sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage the sales funnel and provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Assume accountability for other assigned duties and projects as directed by business management.


  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of documented experience in sales focused on new customer acquisition, preferably in a commissioned environment

  • Task Management: Ability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, requiring efficient multitasking (Required)
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service with keen attention to detail (Required)
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)
  • Negotiation: Proficient in effective negotiation and deal closure techniques (Required)
  • Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing, presenting, and following up on product/service proposals and price quotes (Preferred)
  • Legal Requirements: At least 21 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States
