Staff & Senior Internal Auditors
We are partnered with a Fortune 500 Consumer Products company that has grown from $700M in 2007 to $6B+ over the past few years! They are adding to their internal audit rotation program at the Senior and Staff levels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Leadership Team in executing Emerging Risk & Response engagements, assessing organizational operations, processes & controls, and other associated risks
- Identify enterprise risks and recommend mitigation strategies within the multi-tenant frameworks
- Ensure projects are conducted within budgets and completed timely within the annual audit plan
- Collaborate and maintain strong and productive relationships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent the organization’s leadership framework core values throughout business relationships and engagements

Skills
- Considers different approaches to decision-making to arrive at logical conclusions
- Leverage third party research and other risk-based tools to support testing criteria & conclusions
- Ability to work independently, is a self-starter, successfully multi-task multiple projects, and driven to accomplish assignments on time with high quality
- Works effectively in a team-oriented environment, improving overall team performance
- Results driven, self-motivated person with the drive to maximize personal contribution to the organization
Software
- Prior experience in AuditBoard, SAP, Alteryx or PowerBI is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of operational audit experience in big four, manufacturing, or Fortune 500 companies
- CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA or relevant professional certification
