What You Can Look Forward to Doing:

  • Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team by reporting to the VP of Talent and Leadership Development.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and executing leadership development programs and solutions in order to enable leaders to develop their leadership capabilities.
  • Increase effectiveness of leadership capabilities by identifying and implementing development solutions
  • Build a leadership development framework that delivers measurable value.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use of management and leadership development programs to promote leadership or early career development programs.
  • Create reinforcement materials, tools, and follow-up sessions.
  • Serve as an expert on learning management systems in order to ensure engaging material, user-friendly navigation, and accurate tracking and connectivity to HR data system.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development and provide training materials as needed.
  • Partner with HR to create training plans.
  • Guide associates, managers, and HR business partners to learning solutions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program key results to ensure development and performance growth.

 

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Software knowledge of training design software.
  • 6+ years of experience designing, developing and executing leadership and talent development programs.
  • Experience researching, evaluating, and recommending best practices in the execution and delivery of talent development programs and managing the programs' implementation and effectiveness.
