Senior Sales Executive - EHS - fully remote

Buckingham Search is partnering with a leading provider of integrated SaaS solutions for the risk and insurance industry. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to focus on their EHS segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective EHS customers through prospecting activities, personal introductions, referrals, RFPs and website inquiries.
  • Consult with prospective customers to clearly understand and define their needs.
  • Prepare price proposals and statements of work that reflect the needs of each prospective client and the capabilities.
  • Confirm or estimate potential strong competitors on each opportunity and devise a strategy to successfully compare and contrast to each of them.
  • Network with compliance leaders, internal audit directors, enterprise risk management program leads, control testers, and other members of the healthcare community to identify prospective customers and enhance awareness.


  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience or consultative product knowledge
  • Extensive industry, product and customer knowledge in the EHS market
  • Experience executing a highly consultative sales process
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Understanding of global EHS trends and regional differences is a plus
  • Previous experience selling to or working in high-risk industries a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, client relationship management, and technical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
