Buckingham Search is partnering with an incredible food manufacturer to find a Director of Procurement. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the COO of the company. 

This position is responsible for the functional activities of the Raw Material and Packaging Procurement functions. It will also define procurement strategies, be accountable for the P&L, pioneer co-manufacturing strategies, define supplier KPI's, ensure strategic sourcing and much more.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s in business administration or a related field is required.
• Ability to drive collaborative change throughout the organization.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in supply chain/Procurement in a multi-plant, multi-segment manufacturing industry.
• Experience and knowledge in condiments, liquid fill, or consumer products industries.
