Buckingham Search is working with a professional corporate service in real estate to find a Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team. This organization is looking for leaders who seek continuous growth, want to excel, and continuously improve upon themselves and the industry. For the Human Resources Business Partner, they will provide guidance on employee matters and create relationships with managers and employees. The HRBP assesses people-related needs to deliver value to management and employees. The best candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is adaptive.


  • Oversee day-to-day operational support and work closely with the People & Culture operations team to process employee changes
  • Act as a credible and trusted source of information for managers and employees, and assist in resolving issues when they arise
  • Partner with hiring managers with recruitment matters such as assisting with job descriptions
  • Support with employee relations, employee development, performance improvement plans, terminations, and documentation
  • Support the performance management process including goal setting, reviews, and compensation
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Review trends and analytics to help inform solutions, programs, and policies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws related to day-to-day management of employees; partner with the legal department as needed/required
  • Manage company programs and internal training




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and performance management processes


  • Human Resources Certification
