We’re working with a global client looking to hire a very sought-after role - a Manager of Due Diligence! They are a top producer in their space and have deployed over $1.2B in acquisitions over the past few years, including 3 acquisitions since the beginning of 2021. This role reports to the Senior Manager and works closely with Business Units and Corporate Development on strategy as they continue to expand into new markets and industries!

 Qualifications:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• At least 6 years directly related experience, including:
• Minimum of 3 years public accounting experience (pref with Big 4 accounting firm); or Transaction Services with deal experience in various industries (due diligence)
• US Certified Public Accountant a plus
• Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and the application to M&A transactions and business combinations
