Buckingham Search is partnering with an amazing real estate asset management company to help expand its Human Resources team.

The Director, People & Culture will be a key partner as the company is rapidly growing. This role will be a partner to leaders, a promoter of our culture and values and an innovative partner for our people decisions in a transparent approach. This person will help navigate complex challenges and must be solution-oriented with the ability to work across multiple teams.
What you will do:
- Build relationships with leaders and team members to offer thought leadership, people strategy and execution in our fast paced and growing business.
- Execute a comprehensive people plan include providing expertise in coaching, data and analysis, compensation programs and rewards, learning and development, organizational design and team member matters
- Work closely with our leaders to forecast staffing growth plans, track, hire to ensure teams are appropriately staffed to meet growth demands
- Solve problems and address root causes of issues. Assess, design and quickly implement solutions to related people issues.
- Manage and resolve complex team issues (team member relations) including experience with conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Drives and innovates programs and initiatives to cultivate our culture throughout the organization
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to people managers
- Works closely with leadership and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Promotes diversity & inclusion, collaboration, fairness, high-performance, innovation and integrity
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area
- 7-10 years of generalist experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct compensation planning
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client service skills and ability to partner with multiple, diverse stakeholders
- Ability to lead projects including building timeline, communication plan, facilitate discussion with a strong attention to detail
- Strong change management skills with the ability to drive organization, process and technology change
Preferred:
- HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
