Role Overview:

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will join the corporate headquarters in downtown Chicago, IL. They are seeking individuals with a passion for accounting, finance, and operations, and the potential to become future leaders in senior-level positions within the organization. This role offers exposure to various aspects of the company and the opportunity to collaborate with employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or Operations is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit (internal or external), Risk Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing (Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Management, etc.).
• CPA certification, MS in Accounting, or MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley/internal controls is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify audit and compliance issues.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
