The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A. This is a newly created role as the organization increases its focus on financial result analysis and capital process management. This role will perform det ailed analysis on the financial performance of ENA’s results, with specific focus profit center profitability. Additionally, this role will take the lead role in the management of ENA’s capital spending process.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to write professionally in order to develop capital expenditures
• Experience with a manufacturing company is a plus
• Provide detailed analysis of profit center profitability in ENA’s operations (with heavy focus on remelt profitability)
• Manage the capital spending process for ENA:
• Oversee the approval process of projects submitted
• Manage the coordination of obtaining required approvals for projects
• Ensure compliance with the company capital policy
• Analyze business case and financial models used to support projects
• Oversee the forecasting of monthly capital spending
• Track spending to the ENA capital budget
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by VP Finance and Director of FP&A
• Preparation of business performance reporting packages as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Finance or Business
• 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry environment
• 5 years of business case development and project tracking
• System experience: Hyperion, SAP, Oracle
