Officer Manager/Administrative Assistant

Looking to tread a different career path or still figuring out what that looks like? A Property Management company in the Lakeview area has asked Buckingham Search to introduce an energetic and dedicated Office Manager to their team!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative support: Office upkeep (making coffee before anyone arrives, loading and emptying the dishwasher, cleaning surfaces and floor, taking out garbage and recycling, getting mail, etc), Personal errands and tasks for the property manager of the company, providing support to different tenants

  • Daily use of Excel and Word
  • Shadowing of teammates to learn the business

  • Exposure to different projects

  • No two days will be the same!

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday during typical business hours
  • 0-1 years of experience in an office setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and open personality
  • "Yes" mentality
  • Ability to make and receive calls comfortably
