The Role You’ll Play:

  • The main focus of this role will be a balance of project management and customer service - You’ll be responsible for staying organized and handling many projects at once while maintaining customer relationships and direct communication.

  • You’ll use Excel to create reports for customers and internal needs. You’ll use pivot tables, look ups, and more to provide data for customer decisions.

  • You’ll use (an online project management and CRM tool) to make sure you’re keeping track of your customers request for proposal, active projects, and sales.

  • You’ll be responsible for overseeing the quotation process, ensuring all your customers and any leads that come through outside sales team receive their quote in a timely manner. This is a process you’ll oversee as it travels through multiple departments at the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • If you have strong project management skills, you’ll excel in this role. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while staying organized and detail oriented.

  • Experience working directly with customers to achieve their goals - since you’ll be representing the company and dealing with most of the customer interaction, it’s important that you have past experience in customer service and feel comfortable navigating and nurturing customer relationships.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and exposure to ERP/CRMs is a must.

  • Our client is looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills so that you can handle trickier conversations with clients (i.e. delays in product or any obstacles) with ease.

  • Experience in the Building Products/ Building Materials Industry is a plus!
