Role Overview: Are you a highly skilled, self-motivated Civil Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? You will play a key role from project entitlements and preliminary design to construction documents and administration. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Leadership: Guide design teams with your technical expertise, fostering collaboration and innovation. Client Interaction: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Technical Excellence: Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping, civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations. Mentorship: Support and mentor junior staff, promoting their professional growth and development. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) registration required; Georgia registration preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in land development projects, including life sciences, commercial, office, higher education, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, municipal, and / or Federal projects. Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, and specification preparation experience preferred. Regional Knowledge: Stormwater experience in Georgia and Southeast USA is highly desirable. Personal Attributes: Ability to foster long-term client relationships and lead project teams effectively. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience. Bonuses: Potential signing bonus and competitive end-of-year discretionary bonus. Overtime: Paid overtime possible.
