A multi-disciplinary achitectural engineering firm is currently seeking an Entrepreneurial and Dynamic Senior Consultant for our Irvine office to support our work in construction defect litigation support solutions. This individual will have a desire to join in our growth and the expansion of our service offerings. The Senior Consultant will be involved with operations, acquisition of new business, expansion of existing client relationships, and oversight of technical work. Technical responsibilities may include forensic investigation, organization of forensic data, code research, report preparation, and providing expert witness testimony in mediations, depositions, arbitrations and trials.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualified candidates should have expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems. Candidates should have experience with repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings. Candidates should also have experience with mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial and a minimum of 50% of experience supporting the plaintiff. We are looking for candidates that have a current network of attorneys and insurance adjustors in their locale.

Ideal candidates should have a technical (Bachelors or higher) degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline; a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is also preferred.
