A global architectural firm is working with a premiere tech company and needs a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Implement one or more client projects through the leadership of project teams
• Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and contractors
• Prepare project proposals and negotiate contracts and fees
• Track and manage financial performance of project for success (e.g., work plan, schedule, fees, billings and collections)
• Provide leadership to the team and client by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years experience working on Workplace projects.
• Strong interest in Project Management and some experience with the responsibilities listed above.
• Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of building codes and structures.
• Interiors/Workplace/Facilities management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
• Extensive knowledge of interior architectural principles/practices.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Word and Excel, Revit, AutoCAD
• LEED Accreditation is preferred
