ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT DESIGNER

We are seeking a Project Designer who is passionate about design and takes leadership in design concept. This individual will use their high level technical/computer design skills to turn ideas into reality. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and readily generate concept sketches for multi-family and mixed-use design in a fast paced environment using SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Suite or similar programs.

 

• 3-5 years architectural experience, preferably in multi-family residential design
• Proficient in Sketch-Up, Revit, and Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
• An exceptional design portfolio representing recent projects is required
• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Architecture required
• California licensed Architect preferred
