Bulls Eye Recruiting is looking for a Regional Outside Sales Professional with experience in industrial embedded systems and manufacturing of mother boards and custom turn key solutions. This is a remote role with a preferred residence somewhere in Florida.    

The goal of this role is to develop client's business as a board level solution provider.  This person will be focusing on regional accounts in the Tennessee, South and North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virginia.

As a part of this role, this individual will be expected to have 3 meetings per day to travel. This person mush have demonstrated ability and track record of moderate regional travel encompassing at least 6-8 nights per month with sales trips at an average duration of 2-3 nights.

As an expectation, within the first year, this individual must:

• Sell $1.5 Million in new orders/new business within 12 months.
• Assess effectiveness and fine-tune the plan during the process. Focus on different accounts in the next 12 months to elevate sales to 3 million, with a 35% gross margin.
• Have a minimum of 5 system level opportunities of 100+ systems per year at a 50% close ratio.
• Will understand each top account, if board level how can we change to system level?
