Bulls Eye Recruiting - Cedar Park, TX

Bulls Eye Recruiting is looking for an inside sales representative for a motherboard manufacturer in Cedar Park, Texas. This individual will be onsite. No remote workers will be considered.

The person for this role must be comfortable making 50 plus calls a day. No industry experience is required, but someone with a SaaS or Semiconductor background is highly preferred.

The person right for this job must be comfortable with full life-cycle sales and long- term sales cycles. The sale is not transactional in nature. The company will need someone with a consultative selling approach. Each solution is custom designed for every customer.

The company has been around for over 20 years and the leadership has been together longer than that. This individual has the option of staying in inside sales or learning more about the product and becoming an outside sales professional within a couple of years.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 50+ calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
