Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our fast-growing digital transformation services company. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through targeted marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, a proven track record in marketing, and a deep understanding of digital transformation services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences, market segments, and key messaging to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, events, and more.
- Create compelling content, messaging, and creative assets to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive lead generation efforts by utilizing data-driven tactics to capture, nurture, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and alignment on campaign goals.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, value-driven content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure content is tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey and effectively positions our digital transformation services.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and adapt marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Provide input into product positioning and messaging based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or digital services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation services, technology trends, and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
