Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated technical product management and marketing expert to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and marketing their services and solution offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will play a critical role in creating compelling content, engaging with potential clients during pre-sales activities, and leading customer need discovery efforts. Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
Services Portfolio Development:
• Define and refine our services portfolio based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and launch new services offerings that address
customer pain points and emerging needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to guide the evolution
of our services offerings.
• Analyze customer data and market feedback to make data-driven decisions for product and marketing
Compelling Content Creation:
• Create impactful marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and website content,
that effectively communicates the value and benefits of our services.
• Develop clear and persuasive messaging and positioning for each service offering.
• Serve as a liaison between various teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of service launches and
• Support pre-sales activities by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring service
offerings to address specific customer challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical and product expertise during client interactions.
• Lead early-stage customer need discovery efforts to identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities that our
services can address.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and shape service development.
Experience / Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management and marketing, preferably within a services context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience with pre-sales engagements and customer-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with market research techniques, user personas, and customer need discovery methods
