Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Representative/ Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with Enterprise Account Directors to uncover new sales opportunities within assigned territories. As this role will support the west coast and APAC regions, our ideal candidate will be based in San Francisco. Core responsibilities:

  • Position product as the premier solution in an emerging market.
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and create opportunities with enterprise prospects.
  • Qualify inbound leads.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Directors to build account penetration plans that yield results.
  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
  • Handoff opportunities to Sales for further qualification and closure.
  • Track all activity within Salesforce CRM.


The right candidate has:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience contributing to a culture of sustained success.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • College degree.
  • Background in SaaS, content management, and web content management solutions, a plus.
