Bulls Eye Recruiting is searching for an Enterprise Sales Director for Austin, Texas. This role is an individual contributor role which will be responsible for driving net new healthcare sales. This is a "Hunter role" where he/she will be responsible for relationship building with C-Level contacts in the Acute Health Care facilities and Hospitals.  This individual will be responsible for developing proposals, pricing and will be involved in contract negotiations.  This individual will own the sales process from prospect to customer. To be successful in this role, you must be able to identify business opportunities and build customer relationships.  If you are good at going wide and deep to uncover revenue opportunities with a goal of closing the deal, then this is the right role for you.

 What they will be responsible for:

· Provide/Develop a deep understanding of the market & consistently generate new opportunities on a weekly basis and Report on Progress to Leadership

· Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline (using Salesforce CRM/Pardot)

· Generate a high volume of activity to include live meetings of existing relationships, outbound cold calling, social selling and email

· Conduct daily conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts to articulate the value of the product

· Work closely to partner with Business Development partnerships

· Consistently exceed your quarterly sales targets


What they have accomplished:


· Have a BS/BA Business Administration or related field

· 5-10 years of work experience selling to C suite at acute care hospitals

· A proven track record prospecting for new business

· Previous experience in Healthcare Consulting Sales or SaaS Operations/Productivity Sales

· Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce /Pardot

· A record of exceeding your quarterly/annual revenue objectives

· Healthcare experience is key

*** Austin, Texas is Highly preferred, but will consider candidates outside of Austin with the background that we are seeking
