Who We Need
We’re seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to spearhead the expansion of our partner ecosystem and drive significant revenue growth for our client. You’ll be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships that accelerate our market penetration.
The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in partner management, engagement, and enablement. You excel at building and scaling high-performing partnerships, driving partner success, and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of our client's partners, optimizing partnerships for mutual success.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with our client's growth objectives.
- Partner Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive partner enablement programs, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our client's solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner performance and identify areas for growth.
Market Expansion: Expand our client's market reach through strategic partnerships and channel development.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven success in channel or partner management, with a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing revenue channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed business targets and drive channel growth.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support partner relationships and business development.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the Field Service Management (FSM) or CRM software industry is strongly preferred.
