Our client is currently hiring an Account Executive with a background in Commercial Real Estate to join its growing team in the San Francisco market.

A successful Account Executive will possess the experience, skill, and ability to prospect, make creative commercial real estate leasing deals, develop and manage client meetings and presentations, manage multiple monthly transactions, and analyze deal finances.

The ideal candidate will meet the below MINIMUM qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry (would prefer office Vs. retail, manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial)
  • Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations
  • Driven sales mindset
  • High level of proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, networking (this will be a big part of your job, not negotiable, not avoidable)
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent a portfolio of commercial properties for lease
  • Proactively contact key decision makers at 1000’s prospective client organizations via cold calling, networking events, and various phone, electronic, and face to face prospecting techniques
  • Establish new relationships with client organizations and stay top of mind for their ever fluctuating real estate needs
  • Develop and employ creativity to satisfy the needs of a client in need of flexible workspace solutions
  • Stay active, proactive, and highly organized
  • Work productively from home 3 days a week and twice a week from a co-working location in San Francisco
