Bulls Eye Recruiting is searching for a SaaS Inside Sales Representative/ Account Manager for a global SaaS organization. This will be an onsite role in Bloomington, MN. We are looking for someone to forge strong, deep, and lasting business partnerships with our client's current customers. This candidate will identify the key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers within a customer organization, and sell them the right product modules to further aid in their success.

To be successful, you will engage in business discussions with customers to understand their future business plans and the opportunities and challenges they face. There will be monthly and quarterly quotas you must hit to be successful.

Additional duties:

  • You are expected to build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships within an assigned territory of existing customer accounts in our client's installed base
  • Position, quote and sell the value of our solutions to our installed base of customers
  • Meet or exceed license and services quotas on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Meet or exceed outbound touch call quotas on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Customer site visits – Minimum of 1 per quarter which may include travel

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer, or Communications or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the software industry
  • Software/ERP experienc
  • Account management experience
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Desire, drive and ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
