Our client leverages a very simple concept. Local Franchisees deliver brand-new auto parts within 2 to 3 hours to local customer. This model hinges on only 2 components: Inventory availability and sales & marketing. Your job as a Field Sales Representative is enabled by a system that provides you with the data which will highlight which local prospective clients you should be targeting for a sales call or person visit.
Full- time sales personnel log 100 high potential in-person visits per week using the System’s custom built Customer Relationship Management system. The System compiles the lists based on data accumulated from in-bound phone calls and other recent customer contacts, then hands off those lists to a franchisee’s salesperson to execute contacts with the shops. These visits are then rolled up into the System for tracking purposes, giving you the market visibility you need to execute a successful sales plan!
The Los Angeles territory is one of the largest territories in the US and you will work along side 2 other field sales representatives. The main office is in Upland, CA which you will report to daily.
