Bulls Eye Recruiting is helping an organization which has a mission to build a leading national brokerage business with multiple Call Centers and Retail Stores throughout the United States, servicing English and Spanish-speaking consumers. They are looking for a seasoned executive with a proven track record generating leads for Life and Health Insurance Products for the company’s fast-growing insurance brokerage business. The position is located in Miami, Florida.  This person will understand how to generate leads through direct mail, television, radio and social media.  Someone with experience with other agents and understands life or health insurance is highly preferred.  


Key Duties


  • Generate Sales Leads for our client's Call Centers in Miami, Dallas, and New Jersey.Our call centers, staffed with bilingual licensed agents, market Life and Health insurance products directly to consumers nationwide


  • Implement lead generation tactics to ensure that the Lead Cost per Application (CPA) is within the industry-standard cost for both Life and Health Insurance. Tactics to generate leads would include direct mail, warm-transferred calls, database and digital marketing including paid search, and advertising in mass media


  • Manage the Lead Generation budget while assuring that the call centers have an appropriate number of leads to meet or exceed their daily, weekly and monthly sales goals


  • Negotiate contracts with Lead Vendors and monitor quality and lead flow overall and per vendor, in real time. Work closely with Lead Vendors on a daily basis to adjust their performance. Bring in new lead vendors and terminate those under performing on an ongoing basis


  • Work closely with Call Centers’ Sales Managers to ensure all leads are being followed up and all inbound calls answered in a timely manner


  • Verify with IT that the technical integration of each lead campaign is done properly




  • A minimum of 3 years experience Generating Leads for Call Centers that market Life and/or Health insurance products to Consumers


  • Deep experience with all Lead Acquisition Tactics for Telesales including Direct Mail, Live and Warm-transferred calls, Database Marketing, Advertising in Mass Media such as radio and TV and all forms of digital lead generation.Experience with the assembling the right mix of tactics to generate leads at an affordable cost


  • Deep understanding of call center leads and sales platforms and insurance sales workflows

  • Experienced working with all types of Lead Vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, and managing vendors on a daily basis


  • Solid Experience with working with Lead Management and CRM Platforms


  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)


  • Fluency in Spanish is a big plus
