Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a leader in translation and cultural adaptation services to the healthcare industry. Their clients are some of the largest managed care organizations, hospital systems, and digital health content vendors in the country, many of whom they have been doing business continually with for over 15 years.

The Company has an immediate opportunity for a senior sales executive to significantly grow and oversee their translation services division.

This position is based out of their Miami, Florida headquarters. It includes a generous based compensation and commission package, with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct P&L responsibility of the Company’s translation services business
  • New business development via existing network of contacts, referrals, digital & voice marketing, as well as attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Develop sales pipeline to develop consistent sales production
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Personally call on senior executives at current and prospective clients to grow and acquire new business
  • Grow and Manage Team of Translation Sales Professionals: responsible for hiring, training, coaching and managing a team of sales professional selling to healthcare businesses
  • Oversee account management of existing clients to assure continued high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible for developing sales forecasts and for meeting weekly, monthly and annual sales, revenue and profit targets
  • Responsible for the daily sales and operational performance of the Translation Sales Team
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals and contracts
  • Manage and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing and new business lead generation strategies
  • Attend and coordinate trade shows and events to market our translation services, meet with clients and generate leads for new business
  • Appropriately manage client expectations and work closely with translations operations specialists to assure that translations work products meet client expectations and time requirements
  • Manage translation division expenses

     

  • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and growing a translations/localization sales team
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets by closing new business and growing translation volumes from existing clients
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, particularly health insurance, as well as the regulatory and compliance requirements related to language services
  • Excellent listening, coaching, influencing and negotiating skills to help sales team members meet and exceed defined sales, productivity and client experience objectives
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce)
  • Ability to identify business trends, changes in market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Understanding of lead generation and management, including monitoring key metrics, e.g. cost per lead and cost per new client
  • Ability to collaborate across different business groups with individuals at various levels
  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis
  • Self-motivated and goal driven
  • Domestic travel is required
  • College degree required.
  • MBA a plus
