Bulls Eye Recruiting is recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst for a red-hot industry changing Cybersecurity Start up.  In this role, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to sales, sales management and cross functional teams. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN COPPELL TEXAS.  NO REMOTE WORKERS

Requirements you should have

  • This position requires applicants who are able to communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities
  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, working closely with Sales Team members, financial and sales reporting experience
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs, consistently meet expectations and respond promptly and professionally to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate.
  • High-energy, self-motivated professional with a high level of detail orientation
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PPT
  • Experience managing compensation process including commission calculations.
  • Experience with vendor onboarding platforms including but not limited to Coupa, SAP Ariba, Bill, etc.
  • Prior experience in a start up with high growth a plus
  • SFDC Administrator experience is a plus

Areas you will be impacting

  • Support Sales and Sales leadership as needed including but not limited to channel, sales engineering and customer support organizations
  • Ability to assess current processes and make recommendations/implement improvements for scalability in a high growth organization
  • Assist with generating customer quotes & proposals while working directly with sales team on pricing and deal strategy
  • Drive delivery and adoption of new sales processes and forecasting methodologies
  • Work with management to determine the requirements for sales pipeline reporting & dashboards
  • Responsible for data integrity in CRM
  • Assist with full quote to cash processes
  • Validate and prepare data for closed bookings, invoicing, commission calculations, etc.
  • Assist with administration of sales compensation process, including rollout and commission calculations
  • Assist with territory planning and quota setting process
  • Manage process for new sales team member onboarding & setup
  • Assist with management of vendor onboarding
  • Organize and maintain documentation on Sales Portal & develop organizational improvements
  • 1st level SFDC support to sales team while supporting the effective use of corporate CRM productivity and compliance
  • Perform basic SFDC admin functions including future development and improvements as needed
