Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking a Sales Manager in Kansas City, Kansas to manage approximately 20 outside sales reps from the Mid-West to the West coast. This individual will be working with the owner of 17 franchises who's focus is on the auto parts industry.
The Sales Manager will travel 25-30% of the time. They will work closely with the strategic accounts and direct the sales of the outside sales representatives throughout the United States.
This individual will recruit, train, and on-board all of the sales representatives. They must have experience managing the sales reps to ensure they hit the companies expectations and goals.
This individual must be highly analytical and also have terrific sales skills themselves. The Sales Manager will work with Execl daily and feel comfortable with pivot tables and filtering and finding detailed information on the companies they are targeting in a very short amount of time.
The ideal candidate would have 3-10 years experience managing a REMOTE outside sales team.
