What they need now is a skilled sales manager to manage field sales reps in one of the largest territories in California for the franchise. THIS IS NOT AN AUTO SALES MANAGER opportunity.
This individual will help the field reps and make sure they are consistently hitting their goals. This person will be building the team which includes developing, mentoring and leading the field sales reps.
A typical field sales rep makes approximately 100 visits a week (20 a day) and has a strong understanding of the automobile industry also. The sales manager will go on ride- a longs with the the reps and making sure they have all of the support necessary to be successful. This sales manager will make approximately 50 field visits by him/herself as well.
The field sales manager will report to the main office in Upland, CA daily. They will then proceed to the various customers and be in the field for the majority of the day.
