Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Representative with lead generation skills to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with Enterprise Account Directors to uncover new sales opportunities within assigned territories. This is an ONSITE role. No remote workers will be considered. As this role will support the east coast. If you’re a confident self-starter, who’s ready to make an impact, we need to hear from you.


Core responsibilities:

  • Position our client as the premier solution in an emerging market.
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and create opportunities with enterprise prospects.
  • Qualify inbound leads.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Directors to build account penetration plans that yield results.
  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
  • Hand off opportunities to Sales for further qualification and closure.
  • Track all activity within Salesforce CRM.


The right candidate has:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience contributing to a culture of sustained success.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • College degree.Background in SaaS, content management, and web content management solutions, a plus.
