Because of their growth we are seeking an HR Manager. This role will be responsible for the following :

Employee Relations

Provides oversight to employee relation matters.

Proposes, publishes, and administers personnel policies.

Record Management

Prepares, recommends, and maintains forms and records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.


Conducts research, assimilates data, and creates a wage/salary scale.

Administers classification programs, which includes classifying and reclassifying positions and writing job descriptions.  


Develops and administers an effective recruitment program.

Coordinates recruitment efforts with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, accepts resumes and applications, interviews, and assists with the final decision process.


Obtains bids upon renewal, confers with management regarding benefits costs, makes recommendation as to employer/employee cost sharing, performs open enrollment and benefits meetings, and processes applications.

Directs benefits administration, enrollment, and open enrollment meetings.

Performance Management

Prepares performance review forms and directs the distribution of the forms to supervisory personnel.

Learning / Training

Conducts needs assessment, develops training curriculum, and conducts training sessions on various HR topics.

Conducts orientation programs.

Regulatory / Compliance

Ensure the organization is in compliance with existing and new regulations and laws related to their area of responsibility.


Currently completed by a third-party provider. This individual will administer payroll and manage relationship with external provider.

Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Work Skills Required:

Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field

3 to 5+ years of experience in a human resources position

Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills

Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills

Organized and efficient in daily tasks

Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred

Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
