CannabizTemp is seeking a hardworking and reliable Trim Technician to join our client's team in Florida's cannabis industry. The Trim Technician provides manual labor to support the operations within the Harvest department, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures and operational guidelines. The ideal Trim Technician will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others as part of a team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the basic hand trimming of the bucked cannabis plant
• Target production goal of 1.5-2lbs/daily depending on the flower
• Complying with all state and local laws and safety standards
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet client production standards
• Trim and weigh out flower accurately to prepare for packaging
• Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
• Maintain a steady pace and quality
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the production space
• Other Miscellaneous tasks assigned

Skills and Education Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Efficiency - stay focused and on schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Possess a team player mindset and work well with others
• Ability to read and interpret written & oral instructions
• Ability to show up to work with a positive attitude every day
• Prior cannabis industry experience a plus
• High school diploma a plus

Compensation: $13.50 hourly
