CannabizTemp is seeking a hardworking and reliable Indoor Agricultural Specialist to join our client's team in Florida's cannabis industry. The Indoor Agricultural Specialist provides manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures and operational guidelines. The ideal Indoor Agricultural Specialist will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others as part of a team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
• Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform
• Watering/treating plants
• Filling pots with soil
• Pruning plants
• Harvesting plants

Skills and Education Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Efficiency - stay focused and on schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Possess a team player mindset and work well with others
• Ability to read and interpret written & oral instructions
• Ability to show up to work with a positive attitude every day
• Prior cannabis industry experience a plus
• High school diploma a plus

Compensation: $13.50 hourly
