Immediate opening for an IT Support Specialist. You will be working on a team of 3 supporting end users.

  • Requirements:
    Two+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist in a professional environment
  • Experience onboarding users (set up systems and accounts, etc.)
    Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience providing support for Microsoft Office and other business applications
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Active Directory experience setting up and changing users preferred
  • Experience with Windows 10 / Windows 7
    VPN and remote access troubleshooting
    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT
