Looking to hire a Help Desk Support Analyst with 2+ years of experience in providing IT user support as well as excellent communication skills. You will be part of a collaborative team helping troubleshoot technical issues via desk side, phone, and email.
As the first line of support, you will assist with hardware, software, connectivity, and other issues, escalating tickets as needed. You will also have the opportunity to assist with projects as they come up and be surrounded by a supportive team offering mentorship on higher level issues.
