Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Pennington, NJ
Assignment Length: 2/3/2025 – 2/2/2026
Training Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST (The training will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed)
Hourly Rate: $21.00 paid weekly.

Position Summary:
As a Client Care Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service in an inbound contact center, assisting clients and branch office partners with inquiries related to their banking or brokerage accounts, including credit and debit cards, and small business accounts. You will handle inbound calls from clients, branch offices, banking centers, and internal associates, ensuring all interactions align with the bank's policies and procedures. The role requires actively engaging with clients or internal partners, processing requests accurately and efficiently through various systems, and addressing issues promptly.
Additionally, in the Retirement and Benefits division, you will assist participants in managing their employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. You will guide participants in executing transactions and ensure error-free processing of financial transactions.
