Overnight Medical Data Entry Clerk (Friday & Saturday Only)

Position: Data Entry Clerk – 212520

Part-Time: 20 Hours

Location: College Park, GA 30349

Contract: ASAP Start – 12/31/2025

Schedule: Friday & Saturday night only, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

Pay Range: $19.80 hourly, paid weekly.

Must test minimum 7,000 KSPH, results must be submitted with resume.

Top 3 Must Have Skills:

  • Medical Billing or Coding experience.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Previous DE experience.

 

Position Summary:

  • Associate is responsible for accurate and timely keying of information from images or original documents according to customer instructions.
  • Data keyed must be highly accurate and pass various edits.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use full keyboard and numeric pad.
  • Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts.
  • Acknowledge out of balance transactions.
  • Complete all tasks by customer’s specified deadlines.
  • Communicate computer system problems.
  • Other assigned duties.

  • PC literate.

  • Ability to complete work quickly.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to organize and set priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Ability to grasp basic data processing concepts/procedures.

  • Ability to maintain minimum production standards.
  • General understanding of Lockbox.

 

Working Conditions:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Use of computers and technology.
