Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Attorney – (Newly Barred & All Experience Levels Welcome)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Our client is a dedicated workers' compensation law firm, committed to representing injured workers and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. We’re looking for a passionate Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Newly bar-admitted attorneys are welcome to apply and will receive a professional environment to grow their skills and make a direct impact on the lives of those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent injured workers in legal claims and hearings.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare, and file legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
  • Provide clients with expert guidance throughout the workers' compensation process.
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 0-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law or related legal fields. Newly bar-admitted attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with legal technology and case management software.
